Since 2015, Austrian production of the crop has grown 13.9%. The country ranked 57th in 2021 for sorghum production, with Thailand coming in first at 31,910 metric tons. Nigeria, Ethiopia, and Mexico were ranked second, third, and fourth, respectively.
