Oman's sorghum production is on the rise. In 2021, the total output of sorghum was 54,250 metric tons - up 2.5% from the previous year. This marks an increase of 1.9% since 1991. In 2021, Oman ranked 47th in the world for sorghum production. Sierra Leone overtook them, producing 54,250 metric tons. Nigeria, Ethiopia and Mexico followed, ranking second, third and fourth respectively.
