Cambodia's pulses production is on the rise. In 2021, the country reached 95,790 metric tons, a 3% year-on-year increase since 1966. This put Cambodia at number 72 out of the top producers of pulses, just behind El Salvador. Myanmar, Canada and China came in second, third and fourth respectively. By 2026, this number is expected to grow to around 108,000 metric tons, with a year-on-year growth rate of 2%.
