Pulses production in Azerbaijan is on the rise. By 2026, it is projected to reach almost 46,000 metric tons, a 2.2% annual growth rate since 2021. Over the past 24 years, production of pulses has increased by 13.8% each year. In 2021, Azerbaijan ranked 96th in global production, with Ireland above it at 40,380 metric tons. Myanmar, Canada, and China rounded out the top four.
