Saudi Arabia is set to remain one of the top tea-consuming nations in the world, with tea consumption expected to reach almost 40,000 metric tons by 2026. This represents a slight annual growth rate of 0.4%. Since 2017, the country's demand has been stable. In 2021, Thailand overtook Saudi Arabia as the world's twentieth-largest tea consumer, with 38,000 metric tons. India, Brazil and Argentina follow in second, third and fourth place, respectively.
