Filipina tea consumption is set to increase by 2.5% year-on-year over the next five years, reaching 7,000 metric tons by 2026. This is a 6.3% increase since 2017. In 2021, the Philippines ranked 51st in the world for tea consumption. Niger overtook the country, consuming 6,000 metric tons. India, Brazil and Argentina ranked second, third and fourth respectively.
