Argentina's cosmetics exports are forecast to drop by around 0.2% annually over the next five years, to reach $554 million in 2026. The country's cosmetics exports have declined by 2.4% year-on-year since 1998. In 2021, Israel overtook Argentina's exports of $559.6 million, and the United States, Germany and Ireland followed in the top four. Meanwhile, Argentina's cosmetics imports are expected to increase by an average of 1.8% a year over the same period, to reach $628 million in 2026. Since 1998, the country's cosmetics imports have grown by 3.4% annually. In 2021, Israel overtook Argentina's imports of $565.6 million, with China, Germany and the United Kingdom coming in second, third and fourth.
