Korean mobile subscriptions are set to reach 85 million by 2026. In 2021, the country had 76 million subscriptions, growing 2% annually on average since 1991. It was ranked 22nd in the world that year. France overtook Korea with 75.9 million subscriptions, followed by India, the US and Indonesia.
