Immunisation coverage for children aged 12-23 months is also set to decrease by 0.2 points year-on-year, reaching 85% by 2026. Since 1985, Paraguay has seen a 1.3-point decrease in immunisation coverage. In 2021, the country placed 134th, with San Marino taking the lead with 86%. Greece, Mongolia and Latvia followed in positions 2, 3 and 4.
