This figure has been increasing since 1997, when it stood at 0.2 points year-on-year. Turkmenistan currently ranks 6th in the world, with the Maldives above at 99% of children aged 12-23 months. Greece, Mongolia, and Latvia hold the second, third, and fourth spots respectively.
