Italian goat production is set to grow by 0.3% by 2026, according to a recent report. This modest growth rate has been the norm since 1966, when the annual rate was 0.4%. Italy ranked 77th in 2021, behind Colombia. China, Nigeria and Pakistan were the top three producers.
