Since the mid-90s, goat production in the UK has been on a slow but positive trajectory, with an average growth rate of 0.7% annually. Currently, the UK is at number 118 out of all countries that produce goats, with Israel at number 117, producing 10,740 heads. China, Nigeria and Pakistan take the top three spots, in that order.
