New Zealand's polystyrene exports are set to plunge by 13.4% between 2021 and 2026. Since 1994, the country's polystyrene supplies have dropped by 14.5% year-on-year. In 2021, New Zealand ranked 64th in the world, with Senegal overtaking them with 10,150 kilograms. China, the Netherlands and France respectively came in second, third and fourth in this ranking. In 2015, New Zealand's polystyrene imports totalled 10.0 million kilograms, up from 9.4 million kilograms in 2014.
