Meanwhile, Irish exports of polystyrene are forecast to reach 304,560 kilograms in 2026, up 0.6% year-on-year from 288,920 kilograms in 2021. The country was ranked 38th in 2021, with Kazakhstan overtaking it. China, the Netherlands, and France ranked 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, respectively. Since 1997, Irish supply of polystyrene has grown 12.5% year-on-year.
