Ukrainian polystyrene imports are expected to reach 42 million kilograms by 2026. In 2021, the figure was 36 million kilograms, growing an average of 2.4% year-on-year. Since 2001, the demand has increased by 1.9% annually. In 2018, exports of polystyrene from Ukraine reached nearly 6,000 kilograms, up 46.9% since 2017. Since 2001, the supply has decreased by 70.9% year-on-year. Ukraine ranked 66th in 2018, with Peru overtaking it with 5,880 kilograms. China, the Netherlands, and France followed in second, third, and fourth place, respectively.
