Pakistan's polystyrene imports are expected to decline 0.7% year on year between 2021 and 2026, from 1,164,300 kilograms to 1.13 million kilograms. This follows a 6.2% annual growth rate since 2008. Exports of polystyrene from Pakistan are forecast to grow 1.1% year on year between 2021 and 2026, from 2.04 million kilograms to 2.21 million kilograms. This follows a 14.7% annual growth rate since 2008. In 2021, Pakistan was the world's 27th largest polystyrene exporter, overtaken by Chile with 2.04 million kilograms. China, the Netherlands and France were respectively the world's second, third and fourth largest polystyrene exporters.
