Saudi Arabia's polystyrene exports are expected to jump by 3% annually over the next five years, reaching 21.6 million kilograms in 2026. This would mark a 23.1% increase from 2021, when it was the 20th largest exporter of polystyrene with 17.8 million kilograms. China, the Netherlands and France topped the list, exporting 17.8 million, 11.2 million and 9.3 million kilograms respectively. Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia's polystyrene imports are set to increase by 1.7% each year, reaching 12.4 million kilograms in 2026. This would be a 11.4% decrease from 2021, when it was the 20th largest importer of polystyrene with 11 million kilograms. China, Malaysia, the United States and India were the top four importers with 11 million, 9.2 million, 8.3 million and 7.3 million kilograms respectively.
