Jordanian polystyrene imports are set to reach 6.6 million kilograms by 2026. This is a slight decrease of 0.1% compared to 2021. Since 1999, the demand in the country has decreased by an average of nearly 5% each year. Jordanian polystyrene exports have dropped 10.4% from 55,900 kilograms in 2020 to 50,090 kilograms in 2021. This is a 18% decrease since 2000. Jordan came in 51st place in 2021, just behind Ecuador. The Netherlands, France and China were the top three exporters of polystyrene.
