Peruvian ABS imports are projected to drop 0.5% year-on-year on average, to 640,170 kilograms in 2026. This marks a 3.3% decrease since 1997. New Zealand overtook Peru in 2021, coming in at 649,600 kilograms. Germany, the United States and Thailand followed at numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively. In 2018, Peruvian ABS exports plummeted by 92.9%, to 784 kilograms, down from 10,970 kilograms in 2017. This marks a 50.5% decrease since 2014. Moldova overtook Peru in 2018, with 784 kilograms. Belgium, Malaysia and the Netherlands were numbers 2, 3 and 4 in this ranking.
