Macedonia's ABS imports are expected to reach nearly 400,000 kilograms by 2026, a 3.5% annual increase since 2021. In 1999, imports rose by more than 26%. In 2021, Saudi Arabia overtook Macedonia, which came in 68th place. Germany, the US and Thailand followed, coming in second, third and fourth respectively. Meanwhile, the country's ABS exports are set to reach 29,200 kilograms by 2026, a 5% increase year-on-year since 2021. Since 2014, Macedonian supply has grown by 75.8%. Last year, El Salvador overtook Macedonia, which came in 54th place. Belgium, Malaysia and the Netherlands came in second, third and fourth respectively.
