This is an increase of 2.2% on average each year since 2020, when the figure stood at 33.9 million kilograms. Demand for processed vegetables has been climbing year on year, with a 6.8% increase in 2020. Germany, Spain and the Netherlands were the second, third and fourth largest markets for processed vegetables respectively.
