Korean styrene imports are projected to hit almost 930 million kilograms by 2026, up 1.2% year-on-year on average since 1993. In 2021, China came in at number one, while South Korea, India and Mexico ranked second, third and fourth respectively. Korean styrene exports, on the other hand, are set to reach around 774 million kilograms by 2026, down 2.2% year-on-year on average since 1993. Saudi Arabia was the leader in 2021, followed by the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia and South Korea in that order.
