Senegalese imports of styrene dropped a dramatic 69.3% in 2018, plummeting from 1,400 kilograms the year before to just 430 kilograms. The country has seen a steady 11.3% annual growth in demand for the product since 2004, although in 2018 it only ranked 97th in the world. Tanzania was ahead at 430 kilograms, followed by South Korea, India, and Mexico.
