Sweden's imports of styrene fell by 9.3% in 2021, compared to the previous year, to just under 15 million kilograms. This is 11.4% lower than the 2003 figure. The United Kingdom was the top importer, followed by South Korea, India and Mexico. Meanwhile, Sweden's exports of styrene are expected to decrease by 12% annually over the next five years, to just over 25 thousand kilograms in 2026. This is 6.9% lower than the 2001 figure. Norway was the top exporter in 2021, followed by the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia and South Korea.
