Nepalese demand for styrene is set to rise over the next five years. By 2026, import of this material is expected to reach almost 24 thousand kilograms, a 3.8% increase on the 2021 figure. Since 2014, demand has grown by an average of 2.8% each year. In 2021, the country was ranked 80th in the world, with Bosnia and Herzegovina coming ahead with 18,510 kilograms of imports. South Korea, India and Mexico followed in second, third and fourth place respectively.
