Peruvian gelatin exports declined by 27.7% in 2021, compared to the 4,100 kilograms recorded in 2020. The country's supply has fallen by 31.7% since 1997. Kuwait topped the ranking with 2,960 kilograms, followed by Germany, Belgium and China. Peruvian gelatin imports are expected to reach 4,551,800 kilograms by 2026. This represents a 2.5% annual growth rate since 2021 when the country imported 3,928,300 kilograms. Argentina took the lead with 3,928,300 kilograms, followed by Germany, the United Kingdom and Belgium.
