Luxembourger exports of gelatin are set to reach 5,500 kilograms by 2026, a 4.1% increase from the 4,250 kilograms recorded in 2021. This is an increase of 37.9% since 2004. Luxembourg came in 62nd place in 2021, while Peru had 4,250 kilograms and took the lead. Germany, Belgium and China were respectively second, third and fourth in the ranking. Meanwhile, imports of gelatin in Luxembourg are expected to reach 96,120 kilograms by 2026, with a 1.8% year-on-year average growth rate. Since 2004, demand for gelatin in the country has increased by 10%. Luxembourg was 75th in the 2021 ranking, with Uganda taking the lead at 85,730 kilograms. Germany, the United Kingdom and Belgium were second, third and fourth, respectively.
