Macedonia’s gelatin import is projected to reach 43,000 kilograms by 2026 - up from 37,000 kilograms in 2021. The country’s demand has increased by an average of 3.9% annually since 1999. Last year, Macedonia was ranked 85th, with Bosnia and Herzegovina overtaking the country with 37,000 kilograms. Germany, the United Kingdom and Belgium came in at second, third and fourth place in the ranking respectively. Macedonia’s gelatin export is expected to reach 1,100 kilograms by 2026 - up from 890 kilograms in 2021. The country’s supply has increased by an average of 34.8% each year since 1999. Last year, Macedonia was ranked 71st, with Kazakhstan coming ahead with 890 kilograms. Germany, Belgium and China placed second, third and fourth in the ranking respectively.
