This is an average growth rate of 1.6% per year since 1999. Lithuania was the 33rd largest exporter in 2021, behind Sweden’s 299,750 kilograms. Germany, Belgium, and China ranked second, third, and fourth respectively. Meanwhile, Lithuanian gelatin imports are expected to grow from 986,380 kilograms in 2021 to 1.17 million kilograms in 2026, representing a compound annual growth rate of 2.7%. Since 1999, Lithuanian demand has increased by 3.1% per year. The country was 43rd in the rankings in 2021, just behind Sri Lanka’s 986,380 kilograms. Germany, the United Kingdom, and Belgium were the second, third, and fourth largest importers respectively.
