Azerbaijan's gelatin imports are set to drop slightly over the next five years. According to the latest figures, in 2021 gelatin imports totaled 12,420 kilograms - a decrease of 3.5% compared to the previous year. Since 2001, demand for gelatin in Azerbaijan has risen by an average of 5.9% year on year. In 2021, Azerbaijan was ranked 94th for gelatin imports, behind Iceland with 15,290 kilograms. Germany, the United Kingdom and Belgium were the second, third and fourth biggest importers of gelatin respectively.
