Lao Home Appliance Export is forecast to reach $2.7 million by 2026, a 2.7% annual growth rate since 2021 when the country exported $2.3 million. Lao’s growth in exports has been 5.5% year on year since 2015. Saudi Arabia was the biggest exporter in 2021, followed by Germany, Malaysia and the United States. Lao Home Appliance Import is also predicted to reach $2.6 million by 2026, with a 2.3% average growth rate since 2021 when the country imported $2.3 million. Lao’s demand for imports has increased by 0.3% year on year since 2015. The Maldives was the top importer in 2021, followed by Germany, Japan and France.
