Spain is set to increase its health expenditure to $4,650 per person over the next five years. The country has seen a 4.4% average annual increase in demand since 2005, putting it in 23rd place in 2021. Italy, however, overtook Spain with $4,150 in health expenditure per person. Switzerland, Norway and Germany were the top three countries in the rankings, respectively.
