Irish iron imports are expected to reach over 1,110 thousand metric tons by 2026, with a 1.6% year-on-year growth rate since 1999. In 2021, Ireland was ranked 29th out of 30 countries, with Latvia in first place at 1,010 thousand metric tons. Italy, France and the Netherlands were ranked second, third and fourth respectively.
