In 2017, the country exported 855 thousand metric tons of iron, down from 886 thousand metric tons in 2016. Meanwhile, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s iron imports rose 7 percent in 2017. The country imported 486 thousand metric tons of iron, up from 449 thousand metric tons in 2016.
