Imports of aircraft parts into Brazil are forecast to drop by 18.1% this year compared with 2021, to a total of $116 million. This is the lowest level since 1994, when imports declined by 21.4%. Brazil currently ranks 25th in the world for aircraft parts imports, with Ireland coming in at number one ($349 million). France, Germany and Singapore are the next three largest importers. Meanwhile, exports of aircraft parts from Brazil are predicted to rise 1.1% this year to a total of $383 million. This is the highest level since 1994, when exports rose by 4.3%. Brazil currently ranks 31st in the world for aircraft parts exports, with Romania coming in at number one ($354 million). Germany, Singapore and France are the next three largest exporters.
