Exports of aircraft parts from France are set to grow by 1.6% a year until 2026, reaching $7 billion. This follows a 3% annual increase since 1999. In 2021, France was the fourth-largest exporter of aircraft parts, behind Singapore, with $6.3 billion. Germany, Singapore and France were the second, third and fourth biggest exporters in the ranking. France is also the second-largest importer of aircraft parts, with imports estimated to reach $17 billion by 2026, with a 1.2% year on year average growth. This follows a 5.3% annual decrease since 1999. In 2021, France was behind the US, importing $15.4 billion. France, Germany and Singapore were the second, third and fourth biggest importers in the ranking.
