Ghana's exports of aircraft parts surged 168.6 percent to reach nearly $200,000 in 2018, from just under $75,000 in 2017. However, since 2001, the supply of aircraft parts from Ghana has dropped by 25 percent on an annual basis. Meanwhile, imports of aircraft parts from Ghana dropped 11.2 percent to around $750,000 in 2018, from close to $841,000 in 2017. Since 2001, the demand for aircraft parts in Ghana has declined by approximately 22 percent annually.
