This is a growth of 18.4% since 2005. In 2021, Kazakhstan ranked 71st in the world for copper imports, with Ukraine leading the pack at $79 million. Germany, the United States, and Italy were second, third, and fourth, respectively. Meanwhile, exports of copper from Kazakhstan are predicted to reach $2.84 billion by 2026. This is a growth of 1.3% year-on-year, and 6.6% since 2005. In 2021, Kazakhstan ranked 19th in the world for copper exports, with Australia coming out on top at $2.64 billion. Germany, the United States, and Japan took the second, third and fourth spots, respectively.
