Copper imports to Algeria are set to reach $323 million by 2026, up 0.9% on last year. Algeria ranks 48th in the world for copper imports, with Colombia coming first at $305.8 million. Germany, the US and Italy are the next three countries in the rankings. Algerian copper exports soared 7,270% in 2017 up to $521 million, from $7,070 the year before. Since 1997, exports have declined by an average of 1% each year.
