Nepal's copper exports are projected to drop 11.5% annually through 2026, reaching $3.7 million. This is a decrease from the $7.3 million exports in 2021, when the country ranked 92nd. Oman topped the list with exports of $7.3 million. Germany, the United States, and Japan were the next three largest exporters, in that order. Nepal's copper imports, meanwhile, are projected to grow 2.4% annually over the same period, bringing them to $70.5 million by 2026. This is up from the $61.2 million imports in 2021, when Nepal ranked 73rd. Estonia topped the list with imports of $61.2 million. Germany, the United States, and Italy had the next three largest imports, in that order. Since 1999, Nepal's copper supply has fallen 7.6% annually and their demand has grown 3.1% annually.
