In 2021, Lebanon ranked 68th in copper-importing countries, just behind Moldova at $96.9 million. Germany, the US, and Italy followed in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place respectively. Meanwhile, Lebanon is set to export $93.3 million worth of copper by 2026, a 0.3% year-on-year increase. This marks an increase of 4.8% since 2002. Last year, the country ranked 61st in copper-exporting countries, just behind Mongolia at $91.7 million. Germany, the US, and Japan followed in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place respectively.
