Canada is set to become a major player in the vanadium export market by 2026. The country is expected to export 157,550 kilograms of the element, compared to the 117,880 kilograms exported in 2021. On average, these exports are projected to grow by 4.9% year-on-year. Since 1995, Canadian vanadium exports have increased by 199.2% year-on-year. In 2021, the country was ranked ninth in the world for vanadium exports. The Netherlands was the leading exporter with 117,880 kilograms, while Russia, China and South Africa were ranked second, third and fourth respectively.
