Britain's exports of coking coal dropped dramatically this year, falling 52.6% compared to 2020. This is the lowest level since 1995, with a 2.1% decrease year on year. Imports also saw a significant decrease, with total imports falling 21.3% since last year. This is the lowest since 1995, with demand down 13.1% year on year. Britain came in 11th for imports, and Slovakia overtook them with 1,380 thousand metric tons. Germany, the Netherlands and France respectively ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th.
