This marks an impressive annual growth rate of nearly 11%. Since 2019, the Belgian EV market has experienced a remarkable surge, expanding by nearly 58% year on year. In 2023, Belgium secured the sixth position globally in EV registrations. Norway led the pack with 130,000 units, marginally ahead of Belgium. Sweden, Italy, and the Netherlands followed, taking the second, third, and fourth spots, respectively.
