Mongol egg consumption is on the rise. The country is expected to reach 19.8 thousand metric tons by 2026, up from 17 thousand metric tons in 2021. This marks a 2.6 percent year-on-year growth in demand since 2017. Mongolia currently stands at number 108 in the global ranking for egg consumption. Lebanon has overtaken it at 17 thousand metric tons. The United States, India, and Japan make up the top three spots, respectively.
