Bulgarian egg consumption is on the rise. It is projected to reach 61,000 metric tons by 2026, up 0.3% annually from the 2021 figure of 60,000 metric tons. This is an increase of 0.6% since 2017. Finland topped the list in 2021, reaching 60,000 metric tons. The United States, India and Japan followed in second, third and fourth place respectively.
