Taiwanese livestock production is set to hit 2.3 million heads by 2026, according to predictions. This figure is a 0.7% decrease from the current number of 2.4 million heads. Since 1966, the output of livestock in Taiwan has grown by an average of 0.1% annually. By 2021, the country had moved down to 87th place in terms of production numbers, with Tunisia overtaking it with 2.4 million heads. Brazil, India, and the United States came in second, third, and fourth, respectively.
