In 2021, the country was ranked 56th, overtaken by Madagascar at 5.3 million heads. Brazil, India and the US came in second, third and fourth in the ranking. The Ukrainian livestock import is expected to climb to $73 million by 2026, growing at an annual rate of 0.7% since 2001. In 2021, the country came 41st, overtaken by South Korea with $69.9 million. Germany, Italy and the Netherlands came second, third and fourth in the ranking.
