Filipina livestock production is set to reach 9.4 million heads by 2026, an increase of 0.3% per year on average. In 2021, the country was in 39th place, with 9.2 million heads, having been overtaken by Burkina Faso. Brazil, India and the United States were in the top four. Filipina livestock imports dropped 23.3% year on year in 2021, to $5.6 million from $7.3 million in 2020. This was a decline of 21.5% since 2001. Namibia was in 97th place in 2021, with $5.6 million, while Germany, Italy and the Netherlands were in the top four.
