Sales of fungicides in Norway are set to drop by 3% annually over the next five years, from 75,300 tonnes in 2021 to 62,900 tonnes by 2026. Since 2016, sales have decreased by 7.2% each year. Norway ranked 36th in 2021, with Estonia coming in ahead of them at 75,300 tonnes. Mexico, Spain and France placed second, third and fourth respectively. Norwegian imports of fungicides are expected to witness a 0.2% year on year average rate increase, reaching 2.9 million kilograms by 2026, up from 2.9 million kilograms in 2021. Since 1998, imports have grown by 0.6% annually. In 2021, Norway was 56th in the rankings, with Moldova just ahead of them at 2.9 million kilograms. France, Tanzania and Germany held the second, third and fourth positions respectively. Norwegian exports of fungicides are projected to grow by an average of 3.1% each year, reaching 6.8 million kilograms by 2026, up from 5.7 million kilograms in 2021. Since 1998, exports have increased by 2.6% annually. In 2021, Norway ranked 24th, with Sweden coming in ahead of them at 5.7 million kilograms. France, Germany and China followed in second, third and fourth place respectively.
